Drying and cleaning of recycled glass as well as removing the adhering labels is an important processing step in preparing for glass sorting. Allgaier has developed and patented a new drying system and launched it on the market as the RTT cleaning drum dryer. It combines the process steps of cleaning and drying in only one apparatus at the same time as eliminating the disadvantages of other processes.
